“I was very yearning to know how ancient Wangthang Gonpa actually look like in the olden days. I ‘ genuinely wanted to perceive and feel the Landscape and scenery through Legendary History. I encountered few senior Citizens to whom I enthusiastically communicated with them and tried to bring their visual Imagery of what they have seen in the past days, sadly, no one could explain well.In the midst of Summer, i was invited for one Festival of Ura namely Yak-lha. I tried to socialize with many senior citizens in order to obtain the exact scenery picture of how Wangthang Gonpa looks like in the past days. At that moment,Fortunately, i met with Meymey Ugyen Dorji that i have known him for a long time and I questioned him if he can give a good imagination picture of how Gonpa was back then, he gave an assurance that he know everything of how Gonpa look and its landscape and i led him to Wangthang Gonpa and asked him to narrate how exactly everything was here before, so he was the right person that i ever expected. Thankfully i conceptualize as he narrates everything about Wangthang Gonpa.Then I started to sketch and it wasn’t up to my expectations regardless of how much i tried harder. So i asked my friend who is a very good Artist to art my imaginary scene of Gonpa that I conceived from Maymay Ugyen Dorji’s narration.The art was impeccable and very realistic . Whenever i glance at this Picture, i can feel how exactly ancient Gonpa looks like and was there as Hidden Treasure. “ ~ Wangthang Rinpoche
